By submitting your application, you waive your rights and hereby allow Red Oak and its Owned Affiliates authority to photograph and/or video your child and/or shopping experience for advertising & promotional purposes. Your private info, child's name, email, or any other personal information will NEVER be shared with anyone other than your child's school to verify accuracy of your application and confirm enrollment.
Time, Date & Location
The date for this year's event is August 2nd, 2025. We however will not publicly post the time nor the location. Only approved applicants will be given that information. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are anticipating a huge turn out this year so processing times may vary!
